From a young age I have always had a knack for creativity and tested my hands in all things artistic. Back in 2012 I stumbled upon my true passion; cake making.
After completing a two-week voluntary work experience with a small cake business, this is where something clicked. My kitchen became my canvas, and the oven my trusty tool for bringing my visions to life.
What began as a side hobby through sixth form and university blossomed into an obsession. Countless hours spent researching recipes, practicing skills and studying techniques bringing me to where I am today, over ten years later, where every cake became an opportunity to push the boundaries of my creativity, skills and elevating my portfolio to new heights.
